As a part of our BOCA culture and team building we hold weekly happy hours so that our team has built-in time to come together and connect. We find that these opportunities make us happier and more productive team members – producing top notch service for our clients! In honor of International Beer Day, Friday August 4th, we held a ‘Beer Exchange’ themed happy hour this past Thursday. Participating BOCAteers were assigned a fellow team member to send a beer or non-alcoholic drink of their choice, that was then enjoyed together during the happy hour.
