Last month, BOCA client BigPanda hosted its annual IT Ops community event – RESOLVE ‘22. The event was hosted virtually with more than 1,100 registering and hundreds attending live sessions. Presentations included speakers from Lumen Technologies, Sony Playstation, Ink8r, Transposit, StackState, Northwell Health, Waste Management, Visionworks, Dell, Machinify, Windward Consulting, StarCIO, Insurity, Wells Fargo, Honeywell, Akamai, VMware, Translations.com, Forrester, Insight Partners, Insight, Blackrock Partners and Cardinal Health.
Now in its third year, the Resolve event brought together the brightest and most insightful minds of the IT Ops, SRE, NOC and DevOps worlds to network, share experiences and collaborate with their peers. Participants had a multitude of options during the half day conference including 12 interactive breakout sessions, access to a job board and practice with a variety of tools to aid in the overall understanding of AI for IT Ops, how to automate incident management and how to handle hybrid/multi-cloud.
The conference opened with a ‘welcome’ from Ryan Taylor, The Godfather of Resolve. Participants then moved into various breakout sessions that focused on topics including AIOps and observability, incident management automation, putting artificial intelligence and machine learning to work and more, with mini networking breaks sprinkled throughout.
Additionally, BOCA secured participation from James Maguire, editor-in-chief of eWeek, who took part in an expert panel with speakers from Forrester, Advent International and Insight Partners. Maguire featured BigPanda in an article in March 2022, “Top Performing Artificial Intelligence Companies of 2022,” which helped support the discussion. The group dove deep into prevailing AIOps industry trends – both on the business side and on the technology side – that have driven the exponential rise of AIOps over the last couple of years.
Participants walked away with valuable first-hand insight from experts in the field as well as applicable tools and strategies to incorporate into their own day to day work.
BOCA is proud to work with such a leader in the world of AIOps and business in general. Congratulations on a successful event, we are already looking forward to next year!
