Exciting BOCA announcement incoming! The In2 SABRE Awards 2015 shortlisted us for our “Edward Snowden, SpiderOak and the Zero-Knowledge Privacy Standard” submission in the Broadcast/Media category!
BOCA began positioning SpiderOak as the Zero -Knowledge Privacy field leader back in 2011. Eventually, NSA contractor Edward Snowden mentioned SpiderOak in a Guardian interview regarding NSA spying. This high-profile mention was the culmination of the groundwork we had laid for elevating SpiderOak as a visible leader in online privacy. We’re thrilled that our hard work developing and executing on SpiderOak’s messaging paid off, and it’s a great honor that the judge panel, which included industry experts like Google, Greylocak Partners, Dell, FICO and Redpoint Ventures, chose BOCA from so many fantastic award submissions.
The second annual In2 SABRE Awards honors PR innovation and other creative endeavors and will be celebrated on February 18th, 2015 at the Ritz Carlton in San Francisco. The ceremony compliments the 20-year running SABRE Awards with new award categories covering strong data and analytics use in the digital landscape. The award presentation and gala dinner follows a two-day Innovation Summit, which brings data analytics, brand storytelling and content creation expert together.
