Today is one of our favorite holidays – National Employee Appreciation Day! BOCAteers are the heart and soul of everything we do. Their continuous hard work is what makes BOCA shine and we would not be the agency we are without each and every one of them.
After living through the past few years, we know that we are lucky to have such a fantastic team. The working world has shifted and it is not always easy to find and retain good people. Our team is uber talented and fiercely dedicated to their work. Spread throughout the country, BOCAteers show up to work everyday ready to crush it. Their client focus, creativity and passion continue to help BOCA reach new heights on a daily basis. One of BOCA’s core values is family and our team truly is a family. Each BOCAteer brings unique value to the table and collectively we have created something amazing.

I am so proud of every BOCAteer that I work with everyday. This week, I saw BOCAteers getting each others’ backs – from burning the midnight oil, to pivoting on Zoom conference calls while a senior team member got a frog in his throat, so impressive and proud.
